Never seen that on a Plymouth, they had them mounted in the small space between the deck lid and the fin, or sometimes just above the forward edge of the decklid.  Never on the fin, as is that piece of stainless trim on the fin goes clear to where the fin ends on the Plymouths.  Don't think Dodge, DeSoto, or Chrysler had the trim piece there, so maybe you could get fin mounted rear antennas on those ones??
