Our '59 Dodge Coronet 4 door sedan has 77K on it now. I bought it in '94
with 51K on it. my proof was the old oil change stickers on the drivers
door dating from the mid sixties until the early seventies! I think it had
an oil and lube job in 1970 @ 36K. After I bought it and drove it for
awhile, one head gasket went. Off came the heads and I found NO taper in
the cylinders and the bore diameter was still stock. It still had the
original crosshatch pattern from the factory ! -Josh-
