I can tell you that ARCO (who I believe still has gas
stations in WA) embraced MTBE wholeheartedly when it
first came out, and may in fact have introduced it.
And of course I don't buy Union 76 products either,
knowing they'd like to crush everything I own.

Wish I knew who *didn't* spike their gas with MTBE.
