The Daimler car is actually owned by Ford. It is a British make, that is
based on the Jaguar sedan. It is sold in North America as the
Jaguar Sovereign. The fancy "flutes" on the grille and rear license lamp
housing are a Daimler trademark that go back to at least the
turn of the century.
But as to the Forward Look list , leave it as is. The Forward Look was born
with the 1955 models and was dead by 1962 with the arrival of the boxy
look No more flowing lines, aggressive front fenders and sweeping trim
and rear fenders. Not to mention space-age dash designs.
