Does anyone have any experience with the 1960 Plymouth speedometer. It is a
cylinder with a metal cap on the gear side. On my son's, the cap seems to
spin too freely, making the speed reading jump up and down all the time. Is
this cap supposed to be held tightly to the cylinder?
