[FWDLK] Bias or Steel belted, white wall size for '59?

I am curious to hear about list members experiences and suggestions
regarding bias ply vs. radial tires for your forward look cars. Is the
extra money for the Radial white wall worth it? I am not planning on a
daily driver, but I would expect to put on 5-10,000 miles a year. This
question is in regards to general handling and noticed quirks.

Also, what is the correct size white wall for the '59 Dodge and is that
a 800x14 tire?
