[FWDLK] TAILLIGHT GASKETS OR MATERIAL

I'm going to put NORS taillights on my "new" 57 Dodge. I recall there is a "foamy" seal between the bezel and the lens. Does any one make/have this stuff?

 

Also, on my old lenses, I wanna put those little blue dot's on 'em. Anyone know a good (translated cheap) source?
