I would think the headliner.  The window rubber fits over the headliner and
holds it in place around the back glass, so it if the headliner in when they
do the window the window shop can just finish off the section around the
rear window.

The rubber seal around my rear window in my 56 Fury needs replaced and I
would like to get a new headliner also. That means 2 different shops. The

people don't do headliners and the headliner people don't do windows? Which

do I get done first?
