Hi everyone,

Can someone tell me what's all the fuzz about the California black plates ?

On the subject of license plates, I'm searching (but in no hurry) for a
company that manufactures good looking embossed american license plates to
whatever license (or vanity) number you would gave them (not street legal of
course).
