[FWDLK] TULSARAMA....

is what the celebration was called, wherein the car was buried--now, why
couldn't it have been a D501 convertible, or An Adventurer
convertible--CHEAP bastards!!

That being said, depending upon the depth of the water table, &/or
whether the sarcophagus
has collapsed onto the Plymmie, there will STILL BE an incredible amount
of NOS stuff, as I envisage that there will only be some surface
corrosion on the car--you guys are confusing
ACTIVE rusting, exacerbated by SALT/dirt having gotten into the interior
confines, as compared to the corrosion that will have occurred on the
unpainted/unprotected surfaces of the car---think that the $500.00
-worth steering wheel is 'rusted'??? How about the $300.00 rubber floor
mat? The windshield/
glass?etcetcetcetc....[engine/driveline] gimme
a break--the car's worth a FORTUNE, in parts?

HOWABOUT all 5 TIRES (good only for spare-tires, sure; but : NOS!!--how
about bragging-rights, for all those Trailer Queens:

"Lookee here, boy! see that there spare tire, there? That there's from
that there FEEEUURREY, they dug-up out there in
Oklahomee City, or somewhere, out there!"

Ps: I've already got my Hotel reservation.

Neil
