I remember reading and seeing photos of the CHiP's testing of new police
cars offered by all of the big three. And the Mopars were out of the running
after the U-joints snapped when the E-brake was jammed on at speed, dumping
the driveshafts. Told to come back when the e-brake was back in the rear
drums where they belonged.
