Well, it has been 45 years and I was not of voting age yet. But it still
seems that CHP rejected the Dodges at the time. I do remember the Motor
Trend piece, but it seem there was more. I was into custom cars at the time
and not interested much with Mopar except as a source of parts.
I'll defer to your better resorces and probably much better memory.
