[FWDLK] horn contact

    I figured out how to get the turn signal cancelling sleeve off the steering wheel with Power Steering, but now I need to find an insulator for the horn contact (copper disc )  It, the insulator, just crumbled when I took off the TS cancelling sleeve.  Anyone know where I may find a NOS or replacement insulator w or wo copper contact.   This is for a 59 Ply with PS.  I think the item number is 1604 921...that is if this part I am looking for is called the contact??????

    Any help greatly appreciated.
