[FWDLK] front bumper removal

Hi all,

There are two bolts that hold the front bumper onto my car.  Both have 
rounded chrome heads, pass through the bumper and bracket, and are fastened 
with a nut.  One nut came off fine.  In the other case, the bolt spins. 
Since it has a rounded chrome head, there's nothing to grab on to so I can 
keep it still.  I tried wedging a screwdriver between the washers to create 
some pressure, but that didn't help.  I hate to cut it off.  Any suggestions 
before I take such desperate measures?
