Thanks for all the replys to my problems. Today I fully charged the battery, checked both grounds at the block, rebuilt the carb and with a little coaxing got it to fire and idle. I only let it run for about 2 minutes. The water pumped sprayed water out the weep hole so that, belts, hoses and a radiator rebuild are next.
