Re: [FWDLK] Need 325 Poly Valve Covers

Dave,
Does that mean that the pair of valve covers from a 55 Plymouth Hy-Fire "V" 8 will fit what Jim wants?  I have a nice set of covers that need cleaned up, no dents or dings and I have the Acorn nuts and washers from them also.  They even have, in good condition, the plug wire insulators on them.  They are silver in color.  I can send a photo fo the pair if any one wants to see them.

Jim,

57 325 valve covers should be the same as 55 and 56 270/315 Poly covers. These occasionally show up on eBay. Recently, there has been somebody selling ?Red Ram? and ?Super Red Ram? valve cover decals for 55 and 56. I?m not sure if these were used in 57.

Subject: [FWDLK] Need 325 Poly Valve Covers

Hello,

Anybody have a set of '57 Dodge 325 poly valve covers for sale? I just found that my covers had been overtightened, cracked and then been filled with large goobers of brazing. I think the brazing weighs more than the covers. Even with all that they only covered about half the cracks.

E mail me back at kraus300@xxxxxxxxxxx

Thanks!
