Yes, I think I saw it a few years ago at the Pumpkin run.  I'll have to go through my pictures and see if I can find it.  Truly Hideous does not even begin to describe it.  But I have seen a close second.
A few years ago at the Mopar Nationals I saw a 1963-64 Newport hard top that was dark (oxidized as hell!) blue with ever conceivable ANTENNA you can imagine stuck onto it.  They completely covered the car front to back.  Made it look like a big blue porcupine with chrome quills.  The real mess was that if the antenna in question needed to be mounted by drilling through sheet metal, well, he did it.
So if you took all the antennas off this thing would look like swiss-cheese.

Funny what people do to cars.....
