The link to what I suspect is the company that built and/or maintains the site indicates the company is based in Trois-Rivières, Québec, Canada.  I suspect that perhaps French is their first language...crazy Quebecers (and in the rare chance someone out there might get the joke, they're NOT the Mounties).
