Re: [FWDLK] Motor wheel

As Bill Watson has documented, there were changes in wheel size over the years and models.  However all of the Motor Wheel wire wheels installed as original factory equipment or sold as options at the Mopar dealer parts counters were 15".

It is very common today, as it was in '57 and later to see Chrysler products, which had 14" steel wheels from the factory, with 15" wire wheels installed.  The dealers back then were happy to sell you a set of spectacular 15" chrome wire wheels for your car.  It is exactly the same today!  But Chrysler Corporation only offered these chrome wires as factory equipment for 1956 and earlier.

Good information about the wheels. Can you clearify which of these wheels were 14? and which were 15?, as during this period some of those cars used 15? then changing to 14? as years progressed.
