[FWDLK] Contour Grinding Brake Shoes

OK, let's say I didn't contour grind the brake shoes to fit the drums. Would
a few 'panic stops' be enough to contour the shoes to the drums ? How much
material is actually removed from the center of the shoe to get it to
conform to the drum ?
