 You're going to have to bead blast it or burn it off. If properly cured it can't be cut by any solvent. You might try MEK or acetone, if it's not cured they may cut it.

Someone gave me a clean master cylinder housing that had been powder coated a glossy brown color. I want to remove the powder coating. Does anyone know the recommended procedure for doing this ?
