Wow! That's a story I really like! And won't forget to mention on occasions.
Thus reasoning, it might be Dodge would have been bigger, if not withheld by
tied up stock.

Well, the Dodge brothers, Horace and John, built the engine for the Model T 
Ford.  They went off on their own in 1914 to build a car for those who 
wanted a real car.  Henry tied up their Ford stock for years in spite.  Ford

was a despot and more of an efficiency expert than a car man.
