Re: [FWDLK] Decode Tires

Just checked my car's OEM spare tire, and all it has, for numbers,
is 8.00-14 meaning that the tire's width, thru its belly area, is 8"
(its footprint is about 6") and it fits a 14" wheel.

Hi Guys : This may be a bit off FL agenda. The spare tire in my 59 Belvedere
appears to be original . Is there any way to decode the numbers on the
sidewall as can be done since 2000? Don
