  Most glass shops can do your flat glass with no issues.  You may want to pull the glass and frame and deliver to them to avoid any 
chance mishap with your old car / interior.  They will reset the glass into the frame with the appropriate sealer and hand it back, ready 
to install.

What's options for a new one. Can glass shops cut this stuff if I get the old one out in one piece. Do I need to do this local or mail order…

Still TBD exactly why the window cracked.
