Dave those are what is called the rear window revel clips , Chrysler part number 6001084 and you need a total of  12 for the 1964 rear window. You can buy them new from Jeff at Restoration Specialties (part number 10240 at 1.25 ea. ask for the ones with screws)  they are listed as fitting the 1968-1970 B body but with the correct Chrysler part number. I checked the 70 dodge B body parts book listing and it is the same as our cars, they also fit the 63J.
