I read that looking for a solution to my problem and will read it again. 

 Question is - What grease do you use - bearing grease or Dielectric?

Good find, Donald!  Now that you know about the bulkhead connector, I strongly recommend that you pack the connector with grease, as discussed HERE:

Since you've taken it apart once, you know how easy it is.  Going back and following the rest of that article will prepare your MOPAR for the next 40 years.
