Harbor Freight has a really good three fingered puller. Put that on there,
apply some pressure, and then put some heat on the other arm. It should let
loose with a bang.

All bolts removed, complete suspension is out except idler arm, broke the ear off one of the pullers I have, (looked what Gary H sent a pic of) getting the pitman arm off. Hopefully Bill's suggestion ...more

Use some solid item such as a medium sledge or big chunk of iron on one
side of the mount and then hit the other side with a hammer so the joint is
wedged between the two bfh's.

A simple 2 leg puller and a little heat will do it. If not – leave the nut on just flush – heat the metal it mounts into (K-member) – and apply BFH to nut.........
