Alan,
    My first Imperial was a 69 with factory sequential turn
signals.  There were two versions of the sequencer.  One was a
motor driven multiple cam switches and the other was solidstate. 
they were the same sequential systems as the Ford.  I know this
because the car I had just before my Imperial was a brand new 70
Cougar, of course it had a factory sequential turn signal system.
(Hated the car, but the styling was great.) Like my Imperial, the
Cougar had a dozen relays to go along with the sequential system.
 When I needed parts for the Imperial's turn signal system, the
partsmen could never find them and had to hand the parts book to
me to find them for them.  That is how I was able to get ALL of
the individual parts for my rear heater/defroster.  I ticked off
the parts manager by going over his head when he told me that
some of the parts were NS1. (I call the main warehouse in
Michigan and talked to the parts inventory person directly.)  The
parts manager learned that he did not tick me off and got
repremanded from corporate. OOOOPPPSSS!
   Tell us how the LEDS turn out in your 75.  I would love to
know for my 75.
