IML: Can anyone look at a '63 Crown Ft. Lauderdale

Dear IML:

Can anyone check out a '63 crown for me on Las Olas in Ft. Lauderdale?  I've 
got a pretty good "survey" on it and photos from several sources, but I'm 
concerned about the rust.  It would be breaking my vow against ever buying a 
car without seeing it first, but I might take the plunge.
