This is a real process. First you have to remove the chrome on the dash that holds the toggle. Then there is a large nut that screws on to the toggle then under the dash it you follow the cable housing, you will find an elastic that holds three cables that come out of the housing. Once the elastic is off rotate the toggle until one of the three cables are loose enough to come out of their recess. Once all three are out you have to push and pull the cable out of the side of the fender. I found taking out the inner fender is the easy way to do this. The cable housing is held in the fender with a rubber stopper. If some one is helping you they can un screw the mirror and slowly pull up as you ar pushing it out. Have fun.
