Basically the "Collision Parts List" lists sheet metal and trim parts that
would
most likely get damaged in an accident.  Thus it is easy reference for the
likes of a body shop, for example.   The parts catalogue has all the parts
listed in the parts list plus everything else in the car.  Thus the parts
catalogue would list virtually every part on your car  (there are some parts
that were not serviced).  If you are working toward a complete set of
manuals for your car, get one.  But if you have a parts catalogue, you
are set already.
