[FWDLK] removing glass

The rear windows are very strong, hard to break.  The windshield are very
brittle and easy to break.  Best advice is to remove the windshield on a
very hot day.  Cold glass breaks easier.  (Old junkyard wisdom.) You will
need new rubbers, Steele Rubber has the front gasket in a one-piece unit.
