[FWDLK] Help identify...

Greetings!
I have acquired two tear-drop shaped lights (orangish lens) that have the
following identification #: SAE-66 & YANKEE77 on the outside chrome and
the # 4070 on the inside.  Can anyone tell me what these go to???...a car
or the lights on the top of a truck?
