[FWDLK] Positive Ground Conversion

I will be picking up a 270 Hemi (which I believe is positive ground) out of a '55 Custom Royal this weekend, and it will be going into a newer Forwardlook car with the negative ground system. What differences are there in the system, and what will I need to change when I install the engine in the Spring (too darned cold in Ohio right now)?
