[FWDLK] Chryslers@Carlisle

It was an enjoyable time at Carlisle this year. I didn't have enuff Kettle Corn for everybody that stopped by. (Dave, you and Julie should have taken your Kettle Corn the time you stopped by). I tried to find the Forward Look tent on Friday afternoon and didn't find it or the Golden Fin cars. But I didn't look behind the big trailers in the middle of the field. I found the tent on Saturday nite and visited with a few guys then. The motor home worked fine both down and back home on Sunday. I was thinking the fuel gauge was not working properly so I didn't fuel up when it got to empty. I realized that it works fine when we drove into our drive way and ran out of gas---no time like the right time to run out of gas. We had a good time with Dirk and his family from Holland and also met the boys from down under, Glen Barrett and his friend. I thought it interesting that Glen, Dirk and myself were talking together and all from a different country. How this hobby brings so many folks together that we would never meet otherwise. Dirks family is growing up quickly also.
