Well, its a good idea except all of a sudden the country would go broke from
everyone claiming prescription gasoline purchases on their insurance, not to
mention medicare/medicaid. Then people from the US will start buying their
gas in Canada to save a little money. After that the spam will start
flooding our inboxes for cheap prescription gasoline.

So, a loophole for zoning regulations becomes mass chaos. Now, if you can
prove someone else to be at fault for your illness, I'm sure there are
plenty of lawyers willing to help you out there.
