[FWDLK] 50's Powerpack

I have thumbed thru my Carter Carburetor cataloge researching carb 
numbers and slowly realized that I need some further elucidation.

Chrysler Corp used the "Powerpack' designation for Dodge and Plymouth in 
the 50's,
from what little I have been able to devine, I think this generally was 
applied to the car if  it got a 4bbl carb.
is this the case???  IN Dodges would the powerpack option also have been 
the hemi???
