about mid-year production of the 58 models across the board- the conversion to liquid cooled trans's occurred... i've had oly 3 or 4 58s with air cooled setups...
the telltale is in the radiators, pretty much all D8 and newer radiators have cooler provisions on the lower tank

Nope. 59 Dodges, both Powerflite and Torqueflite were water cooled, at least all V8s. Don't know about the PF Flathead 6.
